The culinary technique of blow torching the juicy, tender beef cubes not only boast remarkable showmanship but also amazing texture and taste. Beef Bro aims to bring the authentic Taiwanese blow torched beef cubes to another level that explores variation of various cuisines to tease consumer’s taste buds.
Our first concept - Blow Torch Grill, which emphasize mainly on the western fusion culinary and our second concept which had a touch on the true Malaysian breakfast - Nasi Lemak.
