Closing down business for family reasons

Description

I am closing down my bridal business. I have 25 dresses (21 wedding brand new dresses and 4 evening dresses), plus wedding accessories such as veils, boleros and few jewellery. I need to sell all my current stock (all brand new and in great condition) before mid March 2014. Prices are very appealing given the high quality of the materials and couture. Different sizes available across dresses and one style per dress. You can see the dresses in the website. Most dresses are tailored with good quality materials such as satin, silk chiffon, embroidering, etc.
At the moment, I have all stock at my house. Please contact me if you are interested to see them.
I am looking for a buyer interested to buy partial or ideally, all stock. The buyer will need to register a new company.

In Tanjong Pagar Rd you can find most of the bridal boutiques in Singapore. Most or almost all rent and sell dresses. However the quality is low and not necessarily, the bride get a brand new dress. Prices to buy a dress at this shops ranges from, 2,000-5,000! The retail price from my dresses were from 800-2500 dls to buy! A really great deal that brides didnt want to miss out. Also, my collection is based on latest European designs. Very classy, very simple but elegant. Most of my customers, locals and expats found the collection very appealing and diverse. The collection includes dresses for indoors, destination weddings, cathedral weddings, etc.
Competition
There is a high potential to grow this business, if value proposition remains the same. As mentioned before, the competitive market is offering a price range very different. Most of the expats struggle to find a wedding dress in Singapore, therefore, they came to me. The quality of the dresses, design and price were the right mix to make a purchase decision. In addition, local brides are also looking nowadays for a more affordable dress.
