We curently have a 100 room hotel in Tanjung Balai, Indonesia. Tanjung Balai is about 1.5 hrs away from Singapore via Ferry. The hotel will be the first of its kind on the island. The hotel and the restaurant is at a prime location along the coastal area and boasts 100% unobstructed sea view.
The hotel will be launching in Dec 2015 and we are looking at an anchor tenant for the restaurant. We are looking for experienced F&B owners who wish to expand overseas or have expereince running a F&B outlet in Indonesia.
The restaurant will be about 1700 sq feet in size.
Prime location, low labour and rental costs will make this a fantastic opportunity. We are looking at but not limited to the following types of cusines
